Chibchacum — The Emerald Hound Pendant
Small in size. Extraordinary in detail.
Chibchacum was the Muisca god of labor, strength, and protection — the patron of those who work with their hands. It is fitting that this piece, more than any other in our collection, is a testament to the art of the human hand.
Every line on this pendant is engraved by hand. No laser. No machine. A master artisan in Colombia carves each detail into solid 14k gold, one stroke at a time — a process that cannot be rushed and cannot be replicated exactly. No two pieces are ever identical.
At just 1.5 x 1.5 cm, Chibchacum is deceptively small. Up close, it reveals a world of detail — emerald cabochons set into a hand-engraved golden surface that catches light differently with every movement.
