SHIPPING POLICY

Every Bacata Jewelry piece is made to order using authentic Colombian emeralds and solid 14k gold. Because each piece is crafted individually by hand in Colombia, please allow up to 8 weeks from the date of purchase for delivery.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMELINE
- Order confirmation: within 24 hours of payment
- Production time: 4–8 weeks depending on complexity
- Quality inspection: each piece is personally inspected by us before shipment
- Shipping to customer: 5–10 business days after quality approval

SHIPPING & INSURANCE
All orders are fully insured from our workshop in Colombia to your door. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, your order will be replaced at no additional cost to you.

Shipping costs are included in the price of every piece. There are no hidden fees.

IMPORT & CUSTOMS
All applicable import duties and customs fees for delivery within the United States are included in your purchase price. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
